HCHA Proposed Standing Committees
The Board is looking for committee volunteers. Please contact a Board member if you would like to join a committee.
Note: Each Committee will be provided a Chartered “Mission and Purpose”. They will be required to provide the Board with recommendations, costs and processes of going forward as is applicable, i.e. township permit requirements, etc.
Duties of the Committees
The charge of the Committee and its members is to find a reasonable, sound solution to a community improvement, enhancement or maintenance requirement, and to do so in a methodical method by obtaining and soliciting vendor bids and estimates, obtaining pertinent specific information, permit requirements, and provide various options or alternatives as may be applicable. All considerations should be based upon feasibility and constrained budget allowances as will be set forth by the established HCHA Budget. The Committee shall prepare a complete and comprehensive presentation of their respective recommendations, and shall present such to the Board of Trustees for their review and consideration.
